The New Jersey State Police are investigating a crash that left several people injured early this morning in Hardwick.
The crash that involved an SUV and a tractor trailer sent first responders to route 80 Eastbound at around 1:35 a.m. where they arrived to find a trapped occupant in the SUV.
Crews extricated the critically injured trapped occupant from the vehicle and transported the victim via Medivac Helicopter to Morristown Medical Center suffering life threatening injuries.
Two other victims were taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
