UPDATE: Search Underway for Missing 82-Year-Old Newark Man UPDATE: Found Safe!

Police in Newark seeks the public’s help in locating missing Mr. Elijah Gadsden, 82, of Newark.

Police say, Mr. Gadsden, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, was last seen at 4:30 a.m. today in the 100 block of Shepherd Avenue.

According to police Gadsden is described as 5’10” tall and 170 lbs. He has short, bushy gray hair, a gray mustache and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing blue work pants, a white t-shirt, blue sneakers and a black cap.

While police are actively searching for Mr. Gadsden, pictured below, we seek the public’s help in quickly locating him and returning him to his family.
