Authorities have released the identity of a 36-year-old man shot and killed in Mays Landing, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
According to authorities, Morris S. Joyce II, 36, of Hamilton Township was shot to death and found Thursday on Winterbury Drive in the Village at Hardings Run II development in Mays Landing.
Police responded to Winterbury Drive at 10 a.m., on Feb. 15th after receiving a call for shots fired in the area.
Investigators from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Hamilton Township Police are continuing to investigate the homicide.
