UPDATE: 31-Year-Old Belleville Man Injured in Paterson Shooting

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announce that at approximately 6:28, p.m. Monday, members of the Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Pearl and Carroll Street Paterson on a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officials say police located evidence of a crime scene, but no victim was found.

A short time later, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 31-year-old male Belleville resident arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.
