A helicopter with two people aboard crashed this afternoon at the Linden Airport, injuring the pilot, police said.
According to officials, a Bell B206 helicopter - with two people on board - tipped over as it conducted a practice landings at Linden Airport sometime before 1 this afternoon.
The pilot, only described as a New York man, was transported to Rahway Hospital with a leg injury. The second person aboard only suffered minor bruising.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
