Two Women Arrested After Flanders Traffic Stop Seized More Than $1000 Worth of Heroin

The New Jersey State Police have arrested Pamela Looney, 60, and Allison Knoedler, 32, both of Flanders, N.J. and seized 107 bags of heroin during a traffic stop.

According to a statement released by police, on Monday, April 23, at 12:34 p.m., Trooper I Gerald Dellagicoma stopped Pamela Looney for a traffic violation on westbound Interstate 80 at milepost 32.1 in Roxbury Township for a traffic violation.

Police say as a result of the stop, Tpr. Dellagicoma arrested Looney for suspicion of DWI. After further investigation, Trooper Dellagicoma found that Looney and Knoedler were in possession of heroin, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia.

Pamela Looney and Allison Knoedler were charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal under the influence.

Pamela Looney was also charged with DWI. Both were released pending a court appearance.

Charges are mere accusations and the accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.
