Police in Newark requests the public’s help in identifying a male suspect wanted in connection with a theft that occurred on Saturday, July 27.
Police responded to SNS Transport, a business located at 687 Ferry Street, on a call of a burglary.
According to police, the suspect broke into the business yard between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. and removed four truck batteries.
While detectives investigating this incident are actively searching for this suspect, they seek the public’s help in quickly identifying him as part of this investigation.
The suspect is described as wearing a black shirt, sweat pants, white sneakers, a hat and has a full beard. He was driving a dark colored Jeep.
