There are injuries reported in a shooting that occurred in the city a short time ago.
Police responded to reports of shots fired in the 30's block of Cleveland Street at around 4:10 p.m. where arriving units found the victim injured at that location.
The victim was transported to University Hospital in Newark suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the foot.
The suspect reported fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle.
Police are on the scene investigating the motive behind the shooting.
There were no arrests reported.
