Update: Boat Capsizes in Manasquan Inlet; Two Dead

Two of seven people rescued this afternoon have died after the boat they were in capsized in the Manasquan inlet.

Sometime around 1:30 p.m., the Coast Guard, New Jersey State Police marine units and New York Police Department rescue divers responded to the scene - approximately 1,000 feet from the Manasquan beach - were seven people were rescued.

Two of boaters - Alex Osadchy,66, and Grigory Klokishner, 74, both of Pjiladelphia - suffered cardiac arrest and were pronounced dead.

Four of the five men were transported to Ocean Medical Center with non-life threatning injuries. The fifth man refused medical attention.

It is unclear at this time, what caused the boat to capsize or the condition of all the other people rescued.
