Plainfield Man Allegedly Robs Newark Dunkin Donuts One Day After his Release from Essex County Jail

Police in Newark are seeking the public’s help in locating Mr. Dante K. Hobson-Taylor, 22, of Plainfield, who they said is wanted for a robbery that occurred this morning.

Police said Hobson-Taylor commuted the robbery only one day after his release from the Essex County Jail.

According to authoritie, at approximately 4:30 a.m., a suspect broke into Dunkin Donuts, located at 802 South Orange Avenue, robbed the cash register, then fled on foot.

Detectives developed evidence that Dante K. Hobson-Taylor is a suspect in this robbery authorities issued a warrant for his arrest.

While police are actively searching for Hobson-Taylor, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from city streets.

These are mere allegations lodged against Hobson-Taylor.

He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
