A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Gregorio Acosta, 50, of Phillipsburg, on a charge of burglary for an incident that occurred on November 20th.
Offstage between the hours of 12:45 a.m. and 1:15 a.m., a man broke into Genesis15 Bakery, located at 236 Park Avenue, and stole cash from inside the business.
Detectives investigating this incident have identified Gregorio Acosta as a suspect and secured a warrant for his arrest.
Acosta is described as approximately 165 lbs. with a medium complexion, brown eyes and brown hair.
While police are actively searching for Acosta, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from the streets.
