One $30K, Two $10K Mega Millions Tickets Sold in Middlesex County

John M. White, New Jersey Lottery acting executive director, announced that there were three third-tier prizewinning tickets sold for the Tuesday, Feb. 20 drawing that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 prize.

One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $30.000.

Those tickets were purchased at the following locations:

Middlesex County ($30,000): D’Amico’s Food Store, 1005 Amboy Ave., Edison:

Middlesex County ($10,000): 7-Eleven #39227, 2645 Route 516, Old Bridge; and

Middlesex County ($10,000): Quick Chek #44, 15 Gill Lane, Iselin.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday, Feb. 20 drawing were: 17, 19, 23, 24 and 43. The Gold Mega Ball was 14, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.

In addition, 36 other players matched four of the five white balls drawn making each ticket worth $500. Three of those tickets were purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $1,500. Moreover, 29,778 other New Jersey players took home $133,190 in prizes ranging from $2 to $600, according to White.

“Congratulations to the lottery winners and to the retailers that sold the winning tickets,” said White. “For selling the winning tickets, the retailers have become many more Lottery ‘lucky locations’ overnight.”

The next drawing will be held Friday, Feb. 23 at 11:00 pm. All New Jersey Lottery Mega Millions tickets must be purchased before 10:45 pm to participate in the drawing.
