Firefighters in Harrison made fast work out of a raging fire that ignited a car in Harrison overnight.
The incident happened at around 11 p.m. in the vicinity of Frank E. Rogers Boulevard and Cape May Street where firefighters arrived to find flames shooting from the engine compartment with a person possibly trapped inside.
Crews were able to beat down flames then search the car where they found no trapped or injured occupants.
Harrison Fire officials are investigating.
