The Three Doctors Foundation were joined by Newark's finest in their annual “Mentor Day” program in partnership with the Office of Expanded Learning Time, Newark Public Schools.
According to officials at the non-profit organization, each year, this “back to school” event brings together several hundred volunteer mentors, students and parents for a day of extraordinary youth education and development.
Newark Community Outreach Officer Nancy Caballero was one of several officers who encouraged students during the event to do their best and strive for greatness.
Dr.Sampson Davis, Dr. Rameck Hunt, and Dr. George Jenkins, fondly known as The Three Doctors, serve as an extraordinary model of leadership for anyone who’s been through any kind of life challenge or major hardship.
