Funeral services are set for **Mr. Hassan Williams, 79,** who was a musician, retired music educator, and longtime band director at Malcolm X Shabazz High School for Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at 9 am at the Abundant Life Fellowship Church located at 4151 Rt. 130 South Edgewater Park.
According to school officials, Mr. William transitioned on June 21, 2017, in the early morning hours.
Mr. Williams spent nearly 25 years as Band Director for the Shabazz High School and won several city, state, and regional awards for the talented Bull Dog band.
