New Jersey's Tenth Congressional District Congressman Donald Payne honored the work of several students from his district during the Congressional Art Competition held on Monday night.
Officials sent a special congratulations to Newark Arts High School student Orchid Sylvester for winning The 2019 Congressional Art Competition for New Jersey's 10th District.
Officials said Orchid's work, "Sole Proprietor," will be on display in the U.S. Capitol for the next 12 months!
"Thanks to all the artists who submitted amazing works," Congressman Donal Payne said in a statement.
