The Northern New Jersey Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) is awarding scholarships to graduating High School Seniors.
**QUALIFICATIONS:** To be eligible for a NOBLE Northern New Jersey Chapter Scholarship, you must be a New Jersey student in your senior year of high school that will graduate in June 2019 and plans to attend college in the fall.

Essay
Transcript
Verification of GPA Form
