Middlesex County authorities have taken over the investigation into a crash that resulted in fatal injuries on a road in South Brunswick.
According to preliminary reports, the crash happened shortly before 9 p.m. where a motorcycle and Jeep Wrangler collided at the intersection of Cranbury-South River Road (County Route 535) and Davidson Mill Road.
The impact of the crash resulted in at least one person suffering fatal injuries according to reports.
According to South Brunswick Police, all questions regarding the Thursday night incident should be directed to the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office.
The incident remains under investigation.
