A 19-year-old Elizabeth teen was arrested earlier this week as a result of an investigation into vehicle burglaries in Hillside.
According to police, Joshua P. Garcia, 19, of Elizabeth, was arrested and charged with five counts of burglary and one count of credit card theft following a Detective Bureau investigation involving vehicle burglaries that occurred in the Wilder Street area on February 6th.
