Firefighters are battling a three-alarm fire that tore through a home in Elizabeth Monday morning.
According to preliminary reports, firefighters were called to the 1100 block of Anna Street sometime around 10:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a house fire.
Officials say the fire which started in the basement of the home quickly escalated into a third alarm.
There are no initial reports of injuries.
