Police in Clifton are investigating an overnight robbery at a local 7-Eleven that left the establishment's cashier suffering injuries.
Police were called to the 7-Eleven store on Main Avenue at approximately 1:02 a.m. for a report of an armed robbery.
According to police, the suspect, described as a medium build male in his 20's, entered the convenience store armed with a knife and demanded money from the register.
The robber, who fled on Main Avenue, injured a cashier with the knife, but he declined medical attention.
