A car stolen in an Orange neighborhood has police looking for the suspect and a dog that was left inside.
Authorities are asking residents to be on the lookout for a black and white miniature Schnauzer that approximately 2-years-old and weighs about 17 pounds.
Police locate the vehicle on South 18th Street in Newark, but the dog was not inside according to reports.
