Armed Men Robbed Dunkin Donuts in Linden

Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Dunkin Donuts on Rt. 1&9 in Linden.

According to authorities, on Sunday, January 22, at approximately 6:50 p.m., Linden Police Officers responded to the Dunkin Donuts, 126 E. Edgar Rd on a reported armed robbery.

The two suspects are believed to have approached the store on foot from Woodlawn Ave.

They entered the store together and demanded money from the clerk while suspect #1 pulled out a handgun.

Then the men ordered the clerk into a storage room before fleeing the scene.

No one was injured during the incident.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male between 5'07"-5'09" wearing a black wool cap, black jacket, light blue jeans and white sneakers.

This suspect was armed with a black handgun. Suspect #2 is described as a black male with a short beard, wearing glasses and all black clothing.
