The annual African-American Heritage Day parade returns to Elizabeth Sunday.
City officials invite the community to attend this year’s Annual African Heritage Day Parade which is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 16th in Elizabeth.
The event - which is set to begin at 2 p.m. on Newpoint Road - will rally at City Hall, where food, giveaways and vendors will be available.
