Newark Police officials request the public’s assistance in locating Ms. Dulce Lopez-Guevara, 39, of Newark, who was reported missing today.
Police say Ms. Lopez-Guevara was reported missing from the Mount Carmel Outpatient Mental Health Program, at 269 Olive Street between noon and 12:30 p.m.
She is described as 5’2” tall and 170 lbs. She has a light complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
Lopez-Guevara was last seen wearing a black jacket with brown feathers, a white shirt with blue sleeves, white sandals and black pants or blue jeans.
While detectives are actively searching for Ms. Lopez-Guevara, they seek the public’s help in quickly locating her and returning her to her family.
