There is an active search for a Newark teenage girl who has not made contact with her parents since last week.
According to police, Jessica Nazario, 17, left her home in Newark's North Ward June 5th at approximately 2 p.m. and hasn't returned.
Police said Jessica was last seen wearing black Nike hoodie, blue denim jeans, black crocks, and brown glasses.
According to police, Jessica frequents areas of East Orange and Orange with her boyfriend, who police is also being sought
She is Hispanic, 5'4" tall, 113 pounds with black and brown braids.
Police say Jessica has a black and red rose on her right forearm.
