Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 56-year old Newark man who suffers from dementia.
Officials say Earnest Palmer was last seen on the 200-block of Chadwick Avenue on Jan. 15th.
Mr. Palmer, who suffers from dementia, is described as 5’7” tall, 180 lbs., with a dark complexion, black hair and brown eyes.
While police are actively searching for Mr. Palmer, they seek the public’s help in quickly locating him and returning him to his family.
