The State regional Medical Examiners Office will determine the cause of death for a person found dead inside a Passaic County supermarket Monday afternoon.
According to preliminary reports, emergency responses were called to 355 Market Street to investigate reports of an unconscious and unresponsive person found in the store at around 2 p.m.
Upon arrival, medical crews found an unconscious and unresponsive male at a location in the establishment.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to reports.
Police are not reporting foul play and believe that the victim may have suffered from a medical condition.
